TL;DR - Pixel helps insurers, marketplaces, media, legal, and finance teams decide whether images, video, and documents can be trusted. You will build and run the product behind that: the public API, the customer dashboard, the internal tools, and the services behind them. We use the tools the problem needs, which today means TypeScript, Python, and C# in the cloud. We are a small team, so you will ship features and run them in production.
What you will do
- Build features end to end in our monorepo, from data model and API contract to the UI that uses them
- Scale the platform: load testing, rate limiting, capacity planning, and the tracing and metrics that prove it worked
- Design the per-customer configuration that lets enterprise customers tune verification pipelines and decision policies
What we are looking for
- 5+ years shipping and operating web products as an engineer
- Experience at an early-stage company or in a small team where you set the conventions, CI, and infrastructure rather than inherited them
- Production experience on a public cloud: databases and migrations, tracing and metrics, and the habit of fixing production when it breaks
Nice to have
- Depth in more than one of TypeScript, Python, and C#
- Experience designing public APIs that other developers and AI agents integrate against
